Coming SOON in 2024: Women’s Process Group

Facilitator: Jalyn Harden is a licensed clinical social worker, and genuinely enjoys working with women, and has a focus on empowerment in dating, sexuality, and relationships. Throughout her time as a clinician at a residential treatment program, she developed a passion for women’s group therapy. She was able to connect groups of 3 or more in engaging in navigating boundaries, interpersonal relationships, and personal growth. Her work includes aspects of several orientations based on the individual, including psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, and positive psychology. Jalyn’s motto is “Self-care is a lifestyle,” and it is something she instilled in herself early in her career. When she’s not (officially) on the clock, Jalyn enjoys spending time with her fur baby, Chai; traveling the world, trying new restaurants, reading, engaging in spiritual practices, exploring her creativity, spending time in nature, working out, and intentionally spending time with those she feels most aligned with.
